How it works

Your business comes first. Technology comes second.

We do not arrive with a package and look for somewhere to fit it. The first two steps here contain no technology at all, because recommending a system before understanding a business is how people end up with software nobody uses.

  1. 01

    Understand

We learn how your business actually wins customers — where enquiries come from, what makes people choose you, what your team spends its day on, and what you have already tried. No technology is discussed in this step.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

We map your customer journey and find where opportunities are being lost. Sometimes that is the enquiry nobody answered; sometimes it is the follow-up that never happened. It is rarely where people expect.

  3. 03

    Recommend

You get the single biggest opportunity, what we would build for it, a realistic timeline and a fixed quote in writing. If the honest answer is a process change rather than software, that is what we will say.

  4. 04

    Build

We build the business profile — your services, offers, pricing rules, differentiators, policies, objections and escalation rules — and the workflows around it. You see and approve exactly what the system will say before it says it.

  5. 05

    Launch

The system goes live on the channels your customers already use, connected to the tools you already have. Handover to your team is designed in from the start, not bolted on after a complaint.

  6. 06

    Measure

We report on what the system produced — enquiries captured, response times, bookings, handoffs, recoverable opportunities — measured from the systems themselves rather than estimated.

  7. 07

    Optimise

Conversations get reviewed. Where the system handled something badly, the knowledge or the rules change. Where it hands off more than it should, we find out why.

  8. 08

    Support

Your offers change, your services change, your team changes. We keep the business knowledge current and the integrations working. Scope is agreed per engagement rather than promised as unlimited.

Two ways to start

Business Growth Audit

Free

A 30-minute review of how your business attracts, captures, converts, serves and retains customers, ending with where the biggest opportunity is, a realistic timeline and a fixed written quote. No obligation.

Growth Strategy Session

Paid — fee confirmed before booking

A deeper working session: customer journey mapping, bottleneck analysis, a recommended system architecture and an implementation roadmap. The deliverables are yours whether or not you build with us.

The eligible session fee can be credited in full against an eligible Nyxara implementation. Eligibility is confirmed in writing before the session — not every project or service qualifies.

Nyxara Client Advantage

What being a client actually gets you

Not a loyalty scheme. There are no points, no tiers and nothing to unlock. This is what the relationship includes once something of yours is live — written down, because a promise you cannot check is not worth making.

The business profile is yours

The structured knowledge we build — your services, offers, pricing rules, differentiators, objections and escalation rules — is your asset, not ours. If you stop working with us, you take it with you and it works somewhere else.

Keeping it current is the job, not a change request

Your offers change, your prices change, a service gets retired. Updating what the system knows is part of the engagement rather than something you raise a ticket for and wait on.

Within the scope agreed for your engagement.

We read what it actually said

Conversations get reviewed, not just counted. Where the system answered badly, the knowledge or the rules change. Where it escalated more than it should have, we find out why rather than tuning the number down.

New capabilities reach clients first

We build new things because a client needed them. That means the people already working with us see a capability before it is offered generally — not as a favour, but because they are why it exists.

Preferential pricing on eligible additions

Adding a channel or a workflow to a system we already built costs less than commissioning it cold, because the profile, the integrations and the escalation rules are already in place. That saving is passed on.

Eligibility and the rate are agreed in writing before any work starts. It is not automatic, and it does not apply to every service.

Support, with the scope written down

You will get response times and a scope of cover stated in your engagement. We would rather give you a specific commitment you can hold us to than the word 'unlimited'.

Scope and response times vary by engagement. Ask before you sign.

And what it isn’t

  • There is no tier system, no points and nothing that accrues.
  • Nothing here is automatic — eligibility is agreed in writing, per engagement.
  • We do not promise unlimited anything.
  • Some of this is how we intend to work as the client base grows. Where that is true, we will say so rather than describe it as established.

Find out where your biggest opportunity is.
