3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, the website content, designs, underlying code, and intellectual property developed by Nyxara AI remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights transfer as stipulated in the project agreement.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Nyxara AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided, even if Nyxara AI has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
