The part nobody sees, holding up everything they do.
A conversation that never reaches your CRM is a conversation that did not happen, as far as your team is concerned. Most of the value in the other four categories depends entirely on information arriving somewhere useful, automatically.
CRM sync · Workflows · Integrations · Reporting · Internal handoffs
The problem
Information gets retyped. Someone copies a name and number from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet, then into the CRM, then tells a colleague on the phone. Every hop loses something, takes time, and happens only when somebody remembers — which is why your CRM is out of date and your reports take a day to assemble.
What this actually does
Each of these is either live on this website right now — go and test it — or built for your business during an engagement. We would rather tell you which than let you assume.
Contacts that arrive on their own
Every conversation creates or updates a contact record with what the person asked, where they came from, and what was agreed — without anyone retyping it.
See it workingContext that travels with the handover
When something reaches a person, it arrives with the conversation attached. Your team reads what happened instead of asking the customer to explain it again.
See it workingWorks with the tools you already have
If a tool has an API, it can be integrated. If it does not, data can be synced through a spreadsheet in the meantime. Replacing a working system is usually a cost to you and a convenience for us.
Internal workflows and routing
The steps that happen after a conversation — assigning an owner, notifying a team, creating a job, updating a stage — run as rules rather than as things somebody has to remember.
Reporting from the systems themselves
The metrics on the rest of this site come from conversation logs and CRM records rather than from anyone's estimate, and arrive on a schedule instead of being assembled by hand.
It degrades rather than breaks
When a dependency is down, the customer still gets an answer. A storage outage should cost you a forgotten thread at worst, never a dropped message — that is how the systems on this site are built.
See it workingWhere this stops
Published on purpose. A list of what something does is an advertisement; knowing where it ends is what makes it possible to decide.
- We will not claim an integration that has not been built. Any specific tool is confirmed during the audit, not assumed here.
- Some tools have no API, and for those the honest answer is a spreadsheet sync rather than a promise.
- Rate limits, quotas and terms belong to the tools you use, and we work within them rather than around them.
- Reporting is only as good as what the systems can observe. Revenue and attendance usually have to come from you.
- We do not sell a CRM, and we will not recommend replacing one that works.
Where this bites hardest
How you would know it is working
No figures appear here until they come from your own systems.
Conversations handled
Messages and calls the system dealt with end to end, without a person.
Measured from Conversation logs, counted by resolution type.
Automation coverage
The share of incoming conversations the system can handle unaided today.
Measured from Resolved-without-handoff ÷ total conversations.
Hours saved
Estimated staff time returned. An estimate by nature — it uses the handling time you tell us.
Measured from Conversations handled × your stated average handling time. Always labelled as an estimate.
Capture rate
The share of enquiries that ended up recorded with enough detail to act on, rather than lost in an inbox.
Measured from Conversations with captured contact details ÷ total inbound conversations.
Lead source
Which channel each enquiry came from — website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone.
Measured from Source tagged on the conversation at the moment of capture.
These categories are not bought separately in practice. Most engagements start with the one where the biggest opportunity is and grow from there — see all five.
