What we measure, and where the numbers come from.
A system that cannot be measured is a system nobody can improve. These are the metrics an AI customer system produces, filed under the stage of the journey they belong to — and, for each one, what it is actually measured from.
No published client results yet
We are not going to put numbers on this page that we cannot stand behind. When a client’s measured results are verified and they have approved publication, they will appear here in full: the problem, what was built, the before and after figures, and how the measurement was done.
Until then, the demonstrations are the honest version of proof — they are running systems you can interact with yourself, rather than a claim about someone else.
Attract
Bring the right people in — not just more traffic.
Leads
How many people enquired, across every channel, in a period.
Measured from CRM records created by the system.
Lead source
Which channel each enquiry came from — website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone.
Measured from Source tagged on the conversation at the moment of capture.
Cost per lead
What one enquiry costs, by channel. Shows which spend is actually working.
Measured from Ad spend you supply, divided by attributed leads.
Capture
Make sure an opportunity never disappears unrecorded.
Capture rate
The share of enquiries that ended up recorded with enough detail to act on, rather than lost in an inbox.
Measured from Conversations with captured contact details ÷ total inbound conversations.
First response time
How long a person waits for their first real answer.
Measured from Timestamp of inbound message to timestamp of first reply.
Missed enquiries
Enquiries that got no response at all — the leak most businesses cannot see.
Measured from Inbound conversations with no outbound reply within the agreed window.
After-hours capture
Enquiries arriving outside working hours, and how many were answered.
Measured from Conversation timestamps against your published opening hours.
Convert
Turn a conversation into a booking, a visit or a sale.
Qualification rate
The share of enquiries where enough was learned to know whether this is a real prospect.
Measured from Conversations reaching the qualification fields your profile defines.
Booking rate
Enquiries that became a booked appointment, viewing, table or call.
Measured from Confirmed calendar bookings ÷ qualified conversations.
Show-up rate
Bookings that actually turned up. A booking nobody attends is not a result.
Measured from Attendance you confirm, against bookings made.
Recoverable opportunities
People who did not book, but where intent and consented contact details were captured and a follow-up is possible.
Measured from Conversations tagged as not-ready with consented contact details.
Lead-to-customer conversion
The end-to-end number: enquiries that became paying customers.
Measured from CRM stage changes you confirm — the system cannot see your till.
Customers acquired
New customers attributable to conversations the system handled.
Measured from CRM records you mark as won.
Revenue per lead
What an enquiry is worth on average — the number that decides ad budget.
Measured from Revenue you report, divided by attributed leads.
Customer acquisition cost
What it costs to win one customer, all-in.
Measured from Spend you supply ÷ customers acquired.
Serve
Answer the routine so your team can handle what matters.
Conversations handled
Messages and calls the system dealt with end to end, without a person.
Measured from Conversation logs, counted by resolution type.
Handoffs to a human
Conversations passed to your team, and why. A rising handoff rate is a signal, not a failure.
Measured from Escalation events, grouped by trigger.
Hours saved
Estimated staff time returned. An estimate by nature — it uses the handling time you tell us.
Measured from Conversations handled × your stated average handling time. Always labelled as an estimate.
Automation coverage
The share of incoming conversations the system can handle unaided today.
Measured from Resolved-without-handoff ÷ total conversations.
Retain
Keep the relationship going after the first transaction.
Repeat bookings
Customers who came back, and how long they took.
Measured from Repeat bookings matched to an existing CRM contact.
Reactivation
Lapsed customers who returned after re-engagement.
Measured from Contacts inactive beyond your threshold who then booked again.
Feedback captured
Customers who responded after their visit, and how many raised something worth fixing.
Measured from Responses to post-service messages.
Customer lifetime value
Total value of a customer over the relationship, where your data supports it.
Measured from Your revenue data, joined to CRM contacts. Not available for every business.
Our standard for a case study
When we publish one, it will name the problem, say specifically what was built, give the before and after figures, and explain how those figures were measured. If a number cannot survive that structure, it does not belong on a website.
No verified readings are attached to any metric above yet. Every one of them is a description of what gets measured, not a claim about what we have achieved.
Some figures are estimates by nature and are always labelled as such. Hours saved, for example, is conversations handled multiplied by the handling time you tell us — useful for a sense of scale, not a measurement.
